Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and proactive Admin/ Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in exterior siding and framing on residential projects This role is vital in managing appointment schedules, coordinating with team members, and ensuring smooth operational flow within the office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with experience in administrative and clerical functions, to support efficient office operations and team management. Experience reading construction drawings and purchase orders, ordering materials and doing material take-offs, must have experience in reading construction drawings, office logistics

Duties

- Develop and maintain detailed scheduling for projects and deliveries using office management tools such as Job Tread or Crm systems
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to confirm appointments and manage rescheduling as needed
- Manage human resources functions related to scheduling staff shifts, training & development sessions, and team management
- Filing, and vendor management tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with office administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry,



and maintaining organized filing systems
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses related to scheduling and office supplies
- Provide excellent customer service through effective communication skills and professional phone etiquette

Requirements

- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or similar roles with strong organizational skills
- Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable
- Proficiency in Job Tread or Crm systems, and general office software
- Experience with bookkeeping, vendor management, and filing systems
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—along with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in scheduling and record keeping
- Experience in training & development activities is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
