KW Renovations is seeking a dependable, hardworking General Labourer to join our growing team. This is a full time position for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on projects, and is eager to learn and grow in the residential renovation industry.

Job Duties

- Safely drive the company van to and from job sites/suppliers.
- Assist with residential renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and general home improvements.
- Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
- Perform demolition and site preparation.
- Assist with framing, drywall, insulation, flooring, painting, trim, and finishing work as directed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Pick up and deliver materials from suppliers when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and team members.
- Manage time effectively to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and project deadlines are met.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other general labour and renovation duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a company van for work-related travel.




- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently when required.
- Able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced construction setting.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Previous construction or renovation experience is an asset but not required.
- Must provide and wear CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots.
