Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour + performance bonuses

True North Health is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated team member to join our Higgins operation.

Responsibilities

- Conduct patient intake and collect medical information.
- Complete patient assessments and documentation.
- Assist patients in accessing healthcare services and benefits.
- Provide qualified, respectful, and compassionate support.
- Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with vulnerable populations, including individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Compassionate, patient, and non-judgmental attitude.




- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Experience in healthcare, social services, customer service, or patient intake is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
