Duties

- Greet guests promptly with a friendly, energetic attitude to make them feel at home
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information and taking reservations as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and ensure smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area
- Assist servers and kitchen staff by communicating guest needs and special requests effectively
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring all guests receive attentive and courteous service





Experience

- Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests, team members, and management
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS, is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with hotel or restaurant environments can be beneficial but is not mandatory
