Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated TIG Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to precision welding projects that require expert craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components using the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process, ensuring all work meets strict quality standards. Your expertise will help drive our production efficiency and uphold our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, and other alloys, following detailed blueprints and schematics.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other equipment to prepare materials for welding.
- Conduct quality inspections using calipers and other measuring tools to verify dimensions and weld integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols related to welding and fabrication processes.
- Assist with assembly tasks such as ductwork installation, mechanical fitting, or component alignment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on rigging, machining,



or crane operations to facilitate efficient workflow.

Skills

- Proven experience in TIG welding with a solid understanding of welding techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery such as press brake machines, machining tools, and power tools.
- Familiarity with MIG welding as a complementary skill for versatile fabrication tasks.
- Knowledge of rigging procedures, crane operation, and forklift handling for material movement.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during fabrication.
- Experience with plasma cutting, assembly processes, ductwork installation, and construction projects is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to use calipers and schematics effectively for precision work.
