Our Client is seeking an entrepreneurial and experienced licensed aesthetic nurse to join us in a unique partnership opportunity. This arrangement allows you to bring your client base to our medspa while we provide the resources and support to help your practice thrive.

Your Role:

- Bring your existing client base to our facility and grow your aesthetic practice.
- Deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments, including injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers), laser treatments, microneedling, and other non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough consultations (virtual or on-site) with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their unique goals.
- Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client care.
- Collaborate with the medspa team to promote services and enhance the client experience.
- We are looking for 2 - 3 nurses (to work varying shifts throughout the week), looking to start immediately.

Qualifications:

- Active nursing license (RN, RPN, or NP) in Canada, meeting provincial regulatory requirements. Active registration in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables and laser treatments.




- An established client base with a strong commitment to building and expanding your practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to work collaboratively in a partnership model.
- Commitment to staying current with the latest advancements and best practices in aesthetic medicine.

Compensation: This is a partnership opportunity with a profit-sharing model. Revenue from your services will be split between you and the medspa, with terms designed to create a win-win arrangement. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
