Bank Mechanical Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our growing team.

We’re looking for an experienced technician with a strong background in heavy-duty truck repair and excellent automotive diagnostic and repair knowledge. Qualifications

· Licensed Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic.

· Minimum 3 years of journeyman experience.

· Strong knowledge and experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs.

· Proficient in diagnosing and repairing diesel and gasoline engines, electrical systems, drivetrains, steering, suspension, brakes, hydraulics, and HVAC systems.

· Experience using diagnostic equipment.

· Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (Class 1 or 3 is considered an asset).

· CVIP Inspection Licence.

· Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks,



trailers, and commercial equipment.

· Perform repairs and maintenance on light-duty vehicles as required.

· Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.

· Accurately document inspections, repairs, and recommendations on work orders.

· Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer specifications.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.

· Collaborate with service advisors and customers to explain repair needs and recommend solutions.
