Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment through proper washing and sanitizing procedures
- Assist in basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning supplies to ensure smooth kitchen flow
- Support the cooking team by preparing ingredients and assisting with meal assembly during busy service times
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items
- Organize dishware and kitchen tools for easy access and efficient workflow
- Help with general kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping,



and waste disposal to uphold health standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet service demands quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Skills

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is valued highly
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and bending frequently
- Robust attention to detail in cleaning routines and food preparation tasks
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude under pressure
- Basic understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking processes is a plus
