Job Overview:
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist and Licensing Clerk to join our growing automotive team. In this full-time role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for customers—whether in person or over the phone—ensuring a smooth and welcoming service experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the automotive industry and a passion for excellent customer care.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and check in customers arriving for their appointments
- Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Support Sales Advisors with scheduling client appointments
- Handle all licensing for the dealership (Prepare and organize licensing paperwork and submit to the Ministry of Transportation )




- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a tidy and professional front desk and waiting area

Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist, licensing role in automotive industry
- Robust computer skills
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry abilities
- Fluent in English (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
