Talent Event Coordinator (Weekend Onsite)

StarMuse Entertainment is looking for a reliable, organized, and confident Talent Event Coordinator to oversee performers at corporate events, weddings, festivals, and private functions throughout the GTA.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a quick-paced environment, and has strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage performers onsite at events
- Ensure all talent arrives on time and is performance-ready
- Assist performers with costumes, accessories, and quick costume changes when needed
- Organize, transport, and care for costumes and event supplies
- Act as the main onsite point of contact between the client and performers
- Handle any onsite issues professionally and efficiently
- Take attendance, photos, and event updates for the office team
- Ensure performers maintain a professional appearance and follow event schedules
- Pack up costumes and supplies after each event and ensure everything is accounted for

Requirements

- Must live in or near Etobicoke
- Must own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver's licence




- Available to work primarily weekends and late night
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Calm under pressure and able to problem-solve quickly
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift and transport costume bins and event supplies
- Experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, dance, theatre, or customer service is an asset, but not required

Compensation

- $100 - $150 (typically 3–6 hours onsite)
- Mileage reimbursed
- Parking covered
- Opportunity for regular weekend work throughout the year
