Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will speak with prospective members, explain available membership options, answer questions, and help them choose the plan that best fits their needs. You will also assist current members and provide a positive customer service experience. This is a great opportunity to build your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced gym environment.

Duties

- Speak with potential members by phone, in person, and through community outreach.
- Prospect for current leads through outreach, referrals, local businesses, and other lead-generation activities.
- Explain membership options and help customers choose the best plan for their needs.
- Answer questions, follow up with interested customers, and complete membership sign-ups.
- Build positive relationships with new and existing members.
- Keep track of leads, appointments, and follow-ups using the company’s sales system.
- Assist members with general questions and provide friendly customer service.




- Support promotions and other efforts to attract new members.

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with potential members.
- Ability to explain membership options clearly and answer questions.
- Motivated to meet sales goals and follow up with leads.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn the company’s sales system.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and all weekends.
- Additional languages are considered an asset.

Pay: $17.60-$26.40 per hour
