Schedule

- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Sundays off

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on auto parts, accessories, and related products
- Assist customers in locating items using POS (Point of Sale) systems and inventory databases
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and maintain cash handling procedures
- Manage order fulfillment efficiently to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers or repair shops
- Maintain organized shelves, stock levels, and store cleanliness to enhance shopping experience
- Use communication skills to explain product features, warranty details, and maintenance tips clearly




- Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers, new products, or loyalty programs to boost sales

Skills

- Proven dealership experience or familiarity with automotive repair shops is highly valued
- Strong retail sales background with excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Knowledge of automotive parts, order fulfillment processes, and maintenance procedures
- Exceptional communication skills with phone etiquette and negotiation capabilities
- Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store operations efficiently
- Ability to perform math calculations accurately for pricing, discounts, and inventory counts
