A Kumon Math & Reading centre in Legacy is looking for part-time graders and assistants who love working with children.

Responsibilities:

- Grade students' work in reading and math effectively
- Record students' progress and communicate with instructors
- Supervise and motivate students during classes
- Prepare and organize students' worksheets and cleanup classrooms
- Centre operation and administrative tasks
- Have to be available working on Tues and Fri from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm and sometimes on Wed from 4pm to 7pm.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

- Experience with Kumon or children is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Open-minded, reliable, organized, punctual, patient and detail-oriented




- Flexibility to deal with regular interruption and changes to routine
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision and collaborate with team members
- At least a year of commitment to work

Notes:

- There will be ongoing training outside hours of the classes
- A security clearance check will be conducted

Job Types: Casual, Part-time

Pay: $13.00-$15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 11 per week
