Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with fueling, purchases, and inquiries to enhance their experience
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, or digital payments while handling cash responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, shelves, and fuel pumps to ensure safety and appeal
- Conduct product demonstrations or upselling of convenience items, snacks, beverages, or automotive accessories to boost sales
- Manage inventory levels through merchandising and restocking to meet customer demand
- Enforce safety protocols at the station, including proper handling of fuel and adherence to health regulations
- Answer customer questions via phone or in person with clear communication and professional phone etiquette

Skills





- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering with strong cash handling skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain products clearly and listen attentively
- Basic math proficiency for managing transactions and balancing cash drawers accurately
- Robust organizational skills to keep the station tidy and stocked efficiently
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising techniques, and upselling strategies is preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
