The Opportunity

Saskatoon Business College is currently seeking to fill the permanent role of a Full-time Career Services Assistant at our campus located in Saskatoon, SK.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Career Services team, this entry level career services position responsibilities include:

- Securing and coordinating practicum opportunities with employers on behalf of students
- Supporting students regarding resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, dress etc.
- Instructing students on career management and job search techniques
- Working collegially in a team setting with campus staff
- General administration and reporting
- Coordination of select campus activities,



trade shows and events
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

- Desire to achieve goals and objectives
- Exceptional phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable analytical & problem-solving skills
- Above average teamwork &communication;
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Desire to engage and contribute to a fun, fast-paced, supportive environment
