The Normaway Inn is hiring a Chef to oversee breakfast and dinner service in our 55-seat country gourmet/casual dining room. Located just off the Cabot Trail, the inn has been operating since 1928 and includes 29 guest rooms on 500 acres with a backdrop of the Cape Breton Highlands.
The position involves managing daily kitchen operations, preparing high-quality meals, and working in a well-designed kitchen with an attached bakery. Culinary training is preferred.
Staff accommodations may be available. Salary is negotiable based on experience. We welcome inquiries from anyone interested in making excellent food in a unique and historic setting.
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
