Job Summary

CSN Pharma Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stick Pack Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining stick pack packaging equipment while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and production standards. Experience in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor stick pack packaging machines.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality finished products.
- Perform product changeovers, machine setup, and basic equipment adjustments.
- Conduct routine inspections to verify package weight, seal integrity, print quality, and overall product appearance.
- Complete production records, batch documentation, and equipment logs accurately.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report mechanical problems to the maintenance team.
- Maintain production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to company procedures.
- Inspect packaging materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance and Production teams to resolve production or quality issues.
- Assist with inventory and packaging material handling as required.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating stick pack, sachet, or other automated packaging equipment is preferred.
- Experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing industry is an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform basic machine adjustments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to follow written procedures and complete production documentation accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work overtime or shifts when required.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
