We're seeking a dedicated and organized Salon Coordinator to join our team. The Salon Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth salon operations and exceptional customer experiences.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

○ Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.

○ Schedule appointments and manage the salon's booking system efficiently.

○ Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing

accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.

Administrative Support:

○ Maintain salon cleanliness and organization, including reception area and

retail displays.

○ Manage inventory and order salon supplies as needed, ensuring stock levels

are maintained.

○ Assist in processing transactions and handling payments accurately.

Team Support:

○ Coordinate schedules for hairstylists and other salon staff, ensuring smooth

workflow and optimal client service.

○ Communicate effectively with the salon team to relay client preferences and

special requests.

Client Relations:

○ Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns

promptly and professionally.

○ Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and ensure

satisfaction.

Marketing and Promotions:





○ Support marketing initiatives by promoting salon services, products, and

special offers to clients.

○ Assist in maintaining social media platforms and updating salon website with

○ current promotions and content.

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in customer service or salon environment preferred.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency in salon management software (e.g., booking systems, POS systems) is

an asset.

● Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to create exceptional client experiences.
