Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage team members, including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff shifts.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Micros POS systems and manage cash handling procedures.
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, food presentation, and overall ambiance to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or team management experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling procedures.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management best practices.
- Previous restaurant experience including kitchen operations, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
