Join our dynamic OBGYN team as a Medical Office Runner, where your energy and organizational skills will keep our medical practice running smoothly. This vital role ensures seamless communication between patients, medical staff, and external vendors, supporting productive clinic operations. As a Medical Office Runner, you'll be the proactive link that helps deliver exceptional patient care through timely coordination and logistical support. Our office

Our office is located at City Centre 1, across the stress from Surrey Memorial Hospital.We are a group of 9 Obstetricians and Gynecologists. We have an amazine team of 5 MOAs and 2 Medical Office Runners. One of our longterm Runners will be leaving in September.

Responsibilities

- Facilitate the movement of medical supplies, documents, and equipment throughout the facility to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support patient care by helping with check-in processes,



guiding patients within the clinic, and taking their blood pressure and measurements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and supply rooms to promote a functional and hygienic environment
- Communicate effectively with vendors, courier services, and internal teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with healthcare safety protocols and confidentiality standards at all times

Requirements

- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care and customer service excellence
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
