Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance with over-the-counter products and prescription pickups
- Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately according to prescriptions
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, checking expiry dates, and maintaining organized storage areas
- Assist in processing prescriptions through data entry systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Educate customers on medication usage, store policies, and available health products to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area to meet health and safety standards




- Handle customer inquiries professionally via face-to-face interactions or phone calls, directing complex questions to the pharmacist as needed

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pharmacy assistance or related field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy operations, medications, or healthcare products is advantageous
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to support customer health and well-being

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
