Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients through friendly communication to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
- Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a positive, relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Keep workstations clean and organized,



adhering to all health regulations and salon policies
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products and other beauty essentials to clients

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with proficiency in various nail techniques and designs
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety procedures in a salon setting
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally while focusing on client needs
- Retail sales experience is advantageous for promoting products confidently

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
