Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly
- Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer understanding and drive sales
- Assist with merchandising efforts to ensure products are well-presented and organized
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area, ensuring efficient workflow

Requirements





- Proven experience in retail sales or cashiering roles with strong cash handling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and balancing cash drawers
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and basic technology sales techniques
- Ability to perform product demos and explain features clearly to customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in technical or retail sales involving product demonstrations is advantageous
