Papa Bear’s Kitchen is looking for Lead Line Cooks and Line Cooks to join our team.

We’re a busy, fast-paced café/restaurant hybrid serving fresh, made-to-order food with a robust breakfast and lunch focus. If you take pride in your work, move with urgency, and want to be part of a solid team — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and cook menu items to spec

- Maintain a clean, organized station

- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment

- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation

- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Lead Line Cook will also:

- Help lead the line during service

- Support training and development of staff

- Keep service flowing smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

- Line Cook: 2+ years kitchen experience

- Lead Line Cook: 2+ years + leadership ability

- Strong work ethic and reliability





- Ability to stay calm under pressure

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude

- Attention to detail and pride in your work

Schedule

- 3–4 days per week
