Luxe Beauty & Wellness Co. is looking for a passionate, motivated, and professional Licensed Hairstylist to join our growing team in one of Greater Moncton's most modern salons.

Duties

- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Engage with clients through active communication to understand their needs, offer expert advice, and recommend suitable services or retail products.
- Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client results and increase sales opportunities.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques by participating in ongoing education and training sessions.
- Foster a friendly, professional atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Skills





- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with diverse clients.
- Strong hair styling expertise across various techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards and ensure client safety.
- Proven ability to upsell retail products effectively without being pushy.
- Exceptional communication skills for listening to client needs and explaining styling options clearly.
- Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred.
- Organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area.

Requirement - CANB License for Hairstyling
