Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to applicant inquiries received through phone and e-mail
- Complete application with applicant and determine best suitable option
- Follow up with the applicant on a regular basis to collect supporting documents
- Audit and verify supporting documents received from applicant
- Obtain approval from underwriters and fund managers
- Prepare mortgage documents and send to applicant
- Follow up with applicant to closing and funding of the application

Education, Qualifications & Experience

- Level 2 ON Mortgage Agent license is required
- 1-3 years experience in the mortgage industry
- Target focused for continuous excellence
- Fluent English

Compensation

- Base salary + commission on every funded file
- Guaranteed Base Salary: 45-50k/year
- OTE (on track earning): 100k+/year
