Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier/Shelf Stocker/Kitchen Helper to join our team. Responsibilities

- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process sales transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Greet customers warmly, provide friendly service, and address inquiries effectively
- Restock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are well-organized and appealing
- Assist in preparing and serving food items as needed in the kitchen area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and kitchen workspace
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer experience
- Manage inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management




- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow

Skills

- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English preferred) to assist a diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or food service is a plus
- Technical sales experience or product demo skills are advantageous for upselling opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Strong organizational skills to keep shelves stocked and workspace tidy

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
