A dynamic and fast-growing manufacturing company currently looking to add an experienced, motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to its team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Managing all aspects of the accounting cycle with precision.

. Performing timely monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations

. Performing inventory reconciliations

· Posting vendor invoices, processing payments, and preparing/issuing customer invoices.

· Preparing daily bank deposits, e-transfers, and managing payment methods.

· Monthly GST/PST Reports, and Government Reports

Experience:

· Full cycle accounting with 2 years experience

· Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) and Microsoft Excel

Education:





· Bachelor of Accounting

Work location:

· On site

The successful applicant will be highly organized, have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize and understand the importance of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
