The Town of Irishtown-Summerside is accepting applications for one (1) Part-Time Garbage/Recycle/Maintenance Personnel position.

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Additional hours may be available as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Valid driver's licence.
- Satisfactory Code of Conduct.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive communication and time management skills.

Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations is considered an asset. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labour.

Willingness to work both outdoors, including in adverse weather conditions, and indoors.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Garbage and recycling collection.

Maintenance of municipal and community properties.

Other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.35-$18.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Education:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
