About the Role:

Maverick Energy Ltd. is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Tank Truck Driver to support swab rig operations throughout Central Alberta, with a focus on regions around Calgary. The job starts/ends in Airdrie each day. This important field position involves transporting fluids to and from wellsites while providing direct support to swab rig crews. Drivers are home every night.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and maintain tank trucks in support of swab rig operations · Safely transport fluids to and from oilfield locations · Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of vehicle and equipment · Complete and maintain accurate driver logs and trip reports · Follow all safety, transportation, and environmental regulations · Assist rig crews in field operations as needed · Maintain cleanliness and readiness of truck and equipment · Report mechanical or safety issues promptly

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation: Field (Rig) Time: · $27.00/hour for first 8 hours/day · $40.50/hour for overtime

Shop Time: · $20.00/hour (no OT)

Schedule & Pay: · Shifts vary based on operational needs

· Bi-monthly direct deposit pay schedule · Statutory holiday pay in line with Alberta Employment Standards

Job Security & Experience:



· 90-day probationary period with potential for long-term placement · Hands-on field experience in Alberta’s energy sector

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must Have: · Valid Class 3 Driver’s License · Clean driver’s abstract · Experience hauling fluids (e.g., produced water, frac fluid, etc.) preferred · Basic understanding of load securement, weights, and dimensions · Strong commitment to safety and compliance · Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions · Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to field needs · H2S Alive and First Aid with CPR

Any oilfield driving experience is a robust asset
