Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble baked goods, including breads, cupcakes, cakes, brownies, etc.
- Decorate desserts with precision, creativity, and attention to detail to meet customer expectations
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, baking, packaging, and portioning to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Provide excellent communication.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas to uphold food safety standards




- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Skills

- Proven experience in baking bread.
- Robust knowledge of baking techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols
- Ability to handle food safely with proper food handling practices and sanitation procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, packaging materials, and food industry best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
