We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laser cutting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications and production schedules.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate laser cutting machines safely and efficiently

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations during production

- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy

- Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting when required

- Perform routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and operational

- Maintain accurate production records and documentation





- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards

- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Laser Operator or CNC Machine Operator

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Experience with sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting equipment preferred

- Strong attention to detail and quality control

- Basic computer and measurement tool knowledge

- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
