Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service. A background in fine dining or the food industry is preferred, along with solid communication and time management skills.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings
- Take accurate orders using TouchBistro POS
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure guest experience.




- Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks

Requirements

- 1 year minimum experience required in a food service or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with TouchBistro POS or similar systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and check processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
