BOCADO RESTAURANT PEC is currently hiring a Catering Chef to join our Back Of House team!

BOCADO RESTAURANT is a exciting restaurant concept located Picton PEC, BOCADO is a true expression of the Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor.

The BOH team will play a key role in supporting the restaurant vision for high quality food and ensuring that it is delivered, with a hands-on approach where required, in a professional, safe and productive manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

- Following standard recipes
- Loading and unloading events
- Offsite catering
- Onsite menu development
- Onsite tasting for events
- Inspect deliveries, ensuring quality is to satisfaction

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to work full time hours.




- Must be energetic with a positive attitude
- Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism (i.e. punctuality, commitment to the job, well-groomed, mannerly, excellent team work
