Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations utilizing tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and maintain databases, ensuring optimal database design using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress, documenting processes, and adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize programming languages such as R and Python for statistical analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.




- Develop reports using VBA or Bash (Unix shell scripting) to automate routine tasks and enhance efficiency.

Skills

- Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI for creating compelling dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with database design principles to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies for iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of SDLC processes for software development projects from inception through deployment.
- Programming expertise in R and Python for statistical analysis, data manipulation, and automation tasks.
- Ability to perform comprehensive business analysis to interpret data within a strategic context.
- Knowledge of VBA for Excel automation and Bash scripting for Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Visio for process mapping or documentation purposes.
