Duties

- Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Assist veterinarians with animal examinations, treatments, laboratory procedures, and diagnostic tests
- Perform laboratory tasks such as blood work, urinalysis, and other diagnostic sample processing, utilizing laboratory experience to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide compassionate animal restraint during examinations and procedures to ensure safety for pets and staff
- Maintain detailed medical records, update patient histories, and communicate treatment plans clearly to clients
- Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phones,



processing payments, and handling client inquiries with professionalism
- Support clinic cleanliness and organization by sanitizing equipment, kennels, and treatment areas to uphold high standards of hygiene

Experience

- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal healthcare setting is preferred
- Laboratory experience is highly desirable to support diagnostic testing and sample processing
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners with a proactive approach to patient care

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
