Opening Fall 2026, Bardo Elora is an exciting new restaurant located in the heart of Elora along the Grand River. As part of the Elora Mill property, we're creating a destination where exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and unforgettable experiences come together. The Counter Server is a key member of the Front of House Team, often acting as host and the first team member our guests meet. They assist guests with to-go food and beverage selections, taking orders over the phone and in person, and ensuring accuracy of take-out orders. They work closely with all other front and back of house teams to ensure the efficient operation of the restaurant, and to provide an extraordinary guest experience.

What makes you the perfect candidate:

- You love working in a guest facing role and developing relationships with repeat guests.
- You have 1-2 years of guest service experience
- You enjoy working as part of a fast-paced collaborative team
- You have a strong attention to detail and enjoy keeping your spaces in order

Key Accountabilities:

- Deliver above and beyond guest experiences, highlighting genuine and thoughtful hospitality.
- Remain up to date on daily features and understand the composition of menu items, noting ingredients and allergens present in each item.
- Assist with suggesting food and beverage options to guests.
- Actively represent and promote Bardo and Pearle Hospitality’s core values within the workplace.
- Follow company policies and procedures as defined and outlined by Pearle Hospitality.




- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
- Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization practices.
- Maintain professional appearance and act with integrity and honesty.
