About the Role

The Party Parlour is looking for a self-motivated Event Sales Consultant to help grow our client base. This is a commission-only, independent contractor position. Ideal for someone who wants flexible, self-directed work and is comfortable being paid for results rather than hours.

What You'll Do

Identify and source new potential clients for event services (weddings, corporate events, private parties, and similar)

Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, in-person networking, and other channels

Promote The Party Parlour's services to prospective clients





Introduce qualified leads to The Party Parlour for follow-up, quoting, and closing

Submit all leads through The Party Parlour's designated CRM or email process for tracking and commission eligibility

Represent The Party Parlour accurately, using only company-approved materials and pricing information

Qualifications

- Event planning and event management skills to consult on event needs, recommend suitable packages, and coordinate details effectively.

- Customer service and communication skills to engage with clients professionally, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, bookings, and deadlines simultaneously.

- Proficiency with basic office and CRM tools to track leads, manage contracts, and maintain sales records.

Pay: $1,000.00-$1,500.00 per week
