APPS Transport Group currently has an opening for a Midnight Dock Supervisor reporting to the Terminal Manager. Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 annuallyQualifications: Previous supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, or cross dock operations preferred

- Valid forklift certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions
- Flexibility to work extended hours or alternate shifts when requiredResponsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily dock operations
- Ensure freight is loaded and unloaded safely, accurately, and on schedule
- Optimize dock productivity based on freight volumes and delivery timelines
- Monitor daily run schedules and customer service requirements
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels for operational demands
- Coach and support employees while managing attendance, performance,



and safety matters
- Communicate effectively with Operations, Customer Service, Fleet, and Safety teams
- Report shortages, damages, delays, and shipment discrepancies promptly
- Ensure forklift inspections and safety procedures are followed
- Enforce terminal security and operational procedures (including Centerline standards)
- Prepare nightly dock reports outlining operational activities and issues
