MAVEN FLEET is a family run business in the manufacturing industry that focuses on fleet upfitting solutions across America. Currently we are seeking an Experienced Order Tracking & Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

The Evening Quality Control & Shipping and Packaging Associate is the final checkpoint before every upfit package leaves our facility. This role catches errors before product reaches the customer, protects it during transit, and keeps shipments moving on schedule through the night shift, critical to the fit, finish, and reliability MAVEN is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect completed upfit packages against work orders before shipping approval.
- Flag defects or missing components; coordinate fixes with production same-shift.
- Pull and package parts/kits per packing lists.
- Prepare and secure shipments for pickup or freight.
- Verify orders against packing lists before dispatch.
- Update tracking systems (e.g., Smart Sheet) with QC and shipped status.
- Report discrepancies or quality issues to day shift and management.
- Keep shipping/packaging area clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate pallet jacks/forklifts to move and prep shipments.
- Read drawings and work orders to verify accuracy.
- Close out shift with complete records and clean handoff.




- Support process improvements to order tracking and data entry workflows.

Qualifications:

- Experience in quality control, shipping, or packaging within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a critical eye for defects and discrepancies.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, renderings, and work orders.
- Comfortable operating pallet jacks/forklifts (certification an asset, or willingness to obtain).
- Basic woodworking and tool operation experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Smart Sheet or similar tracking tools an asset.
- Robust organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across shifts and teams.
- Comfortable working in a shop floor environment, including standing, lifting, and physical handling of product.
- Availability to work night shift (5:00 pm - 3:00 am).
