We are looking for a passionate assistant who can help our therapists and patients scheduling, calling, organizing, marketing/advertising, and multitasking. We are looking for someone who can take 1-2 shifts first and then add more hours. We are currently looking for someone who can take Sat 9am-3pm,

duties

- greeting patients

- passionate about learning current tasks

- multitasking ability

- ability to use internet and web-based software

- typing, using microsoft words, excel, and ppt

- communication in English

Qualifications

- motivation to learn

- ability to complete even the most trivial tasks

- communication in English (optional: korean, mandarin)

- probation/training period: 1.5-3 months depending on how fast you can do task.
