Grant Global Logistics is a growing mid-size trucking company based in Concord, Ontario, committed to providing reliable and efficient transportation services across Canada and the United States. We are looking for a professional and experienced Dispatcher to join our team and support our daily operations.

Position Summary
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating drivers, managing loads, ensuring on-time deliveries, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch drivers and assign loads efficiently based on availability and Hours of Service (HOS)
- Plan and optimize routes to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
- Monitor driver progress and provide real-time support
- Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers professionally
- Maintain accurate records of trips, delays, and issues
- Ensure compliance with DOT, MTO, and company safety regulations
- Resolve any operational issues promptly




- Use dispatch software and load boards

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of trucking dispatch experience (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Canada & USA trucking operations and regulations
- Experience with E-logs and dispatch systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of dry van operations is an asset
