Key Responsibilities

As the Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations while driving growth, profitability, and team development. Your responsibilities will include:

- Branch Performance & Financial Management:

o Drive sales growth and profitability across all areas of the branch.
o Achieve asset management objectives and targeted market share goals.

- Team Leadership & Development:

o Manage, coach, and develop branch employees to build a motivated, high-performing workforce.
o Lead performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term success.

- Customer Experience & Market Growth:

o Implement processes to gather continuous client feedback and ensure excellence in customer service.
o Identify and pursue new market segments and growth opportunities by monitoring customer activity, industry trends, and competitive pressures.

- Strategic & Operational Collaboration:

o Provide insights and feedback on future opportunities and competitive challenges.




o Manage branch accounts receivable in collaboration with the Director of Credit Services.

- Industry Representation & Brand Presence:

o Represent the organization at industry trade shows, conventions, and skilled associations.
o Promote the branch positively within the market and broader industry.

- Additional Responsibilities:

o Perform other duties as assigned to support branch and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

- Education & Experience:

o 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
o 3–5 years of progressively responsible management experience.
o Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

- Technical & Operational Knowledge:

o Strong understanding of product support and departmental operations.
o Proven ability to manage branch-level financial and operational performance.

- Key Competencies:

o Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
o Strong work ethic and a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
