This position is responsible for driving safety, productivity, quality, and employee engagement while ensuring operational goals are achieved.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, and productivity targets.
- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure operational deadlines are met.
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and disciplinary actions as required.
- Promote a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture.
- Investigate and report workplace incidents and support corrective actions.
- Apply problem-solving and continuous improvement methods (5 Why, 8D, Lean).
- Maintain effective communication with employees, customers, suppliers, and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Robust communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with metals, ISO standards, Lean manufacturing, or safety programs.
- Bachelor's degree, First Aid, or CPR certification.
