One of our manufacturing clients is looking for Machine Operator for their manufacturing facility near Woodstock, ON.

Pay - $25-$27/hr

Shift - 8 hour rotating shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate manufacturing machines and production equipment.

- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality.

- Perform routine inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.

- Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.

- Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic drawings.

- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major equipment problems to maintenance.

- Complete production records, quality documentation, and downtime reports.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and safety procedures.

- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health & safety regulations.





- Assist with machine changeovers and preventive maintenance activities when required.

- Work collaboratively with supervisors, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing workplace is preferred.

- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges is an asset.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documents.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

- Willingness to work day, afternoon, or night shifts, including overtime when required.
