岗位职责 (Key Responsibilities)

1. 锅炉与机械系统维护 (Boiler & Mechanical Systems Maintenance)

- 负责会所低压/高压锅炉及相关供暖、热水系统的日常巡检、运行监测和数据记录。 Monitor, inspect, and maintain the clubhouse boiler and associated heating/hot water systems to ensure optimal and secure operation.
- 负责锅炉系统的日常化学水处理、排污及预防性维护（PM），防止管道结垢与腐蚀。 Perform routine boiler water chemical testing, treatment, and preventative maintenance to prevent scaling and corrosion.
- 协助或监督外部承包商进行锅炉的安装、调试、大修及年度安全年检（Compliance Inspections）。 Assist with or oversee the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and annual safety inspections of boilers.

2. 洗浴中心及水池维护 (Pool, Spa & Water Systems Maintenance)

- 负责洗浴中心内各类水池（温泉池、冷热水池、SPA池）的水质检测与调整，确保 pH 值、余氯等指标符合省份卫生局（Health Authority）的安全标准。 Monitor, test, and balance pool and spa water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) in compliance with provincial health regulations.
- 负责水池过滤系统（沙缸、泵体、阀门）和投药系统的日常维护、反冲洗（Backwashing）和故障排查。 Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain pool filtration, circulation, and chemical dosing systems.
- 保持机械房（Plenum/Mechanical Rooms）和水池区域的清洁、整齐，安全管理并储存水处理化学品。 Maintain clean, safe,



and organized mechanical rooms and comply with WHMIS guidelines for chemical storage and handling.

3. 设施综合管理 (General Facility Support)

- 配合酒店或连锁物业管理体系，执行预防性维护计划，记录维护日志（Maintenance Logs）。 Execute preventative maintenance plans and keep accurate records in line with corporate property management standards.
- 在紧急情况下（如漏水、停暖）能够迅速响应，并启动应急预案。 Respond promptly to facility emergencies (e.g., leaks, heating failures) and execute emergency protocols.
- 岗位要求 (Job Requirements)
- 行业经验： 至少 3-5 年酒店、度假村、高级会所或连锁商业物业（Hotel, Resort, or Commercial Property Management）的设施维护工作经验。 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, ideally within hotels, resorts, or chain property management environments.
- 专业知识： 深入了解锅炉系统的工作原理，熟悉锅炉的安装、调试流程及日常故障诊断。 Deep understanding of boiler operating principles, installation procedures, and daily troubleshooting/repair.
- 综合能力： 具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，适应酒店/会所的高标准客户服务意识；需具备灵活的工作时间（可能涉及周末或紧急轮班）。 Excellent communication skills, customer-service oriented, and ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends or on-call for emergencies).

Pay: $50.00-$80.00 per hour
