Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests by preparing food, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food products.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with menu selections, including upselling items to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.





Requirements

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Pay: $17.55-$20.89 per hour
