Scope of Responsibilities

1. Décor Selection Management

· Coordinate with the Design Centre to receive and review purchaser selections.

· Verify that all selections, upgrades, and change orders are complete and accurately documented.

· Ensure selections comply with construction schedules and builder standards.

· Communicate approved selections to construction personnel and applicable trades.

· Create and control product catalog with Décor.

2. Construction Coordination

· Liaise with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, Estimators, and Trades to ensure purchaser selections are incorporated into construction.

· Monitor progress to confirm work aligns with approved specifications.

· Identify and communicate potential conflicts, delays, or construction issues affecting purchaser selections.

· Coordinate resolution of field issues related to finishes or upgrades.

3. Documentation & Administration

· Maintain accurate records of purchaser selections, change orders, approvals, and correspondence.





· Update internal tracking systems and project documentation.

· Distribute construction packages, selection summaries, and change notices to relevant departments.

· Maintain organized electronic and physical project files.

· Create and issue all general PO’s for various sites.

Upload/Maintain pricing into Product Library

· Verify trade supplied take-offs are accurate and enter units of measure into NewStar.

· Enter, maintain, and perform PO supplier changes (contact info, PO recipients, etc.) as required.

4. Schedule Management

· Coordinate with construction teams to minimize delays caused by late selections or changes.

· Escalate schedule risks to management promptly.

5. Requirements

- Proficient use of Excel & Newstar Enterprise

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
