Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items, assisting with meal preparation, and ensuring that all dishes meet our restaurant's standards for taste and presentation. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation
- Follow food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and equipment
- Assist with plating dishes for service, ensuring consistency and visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by performing various prep tasks as needed




- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences to guests

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
