We expect every Entry-Level Sales Associate to:

- Work with customers face-to-face to introduce wireless products and services
- Help customers choose the best phone plans, devices, and promotions




- Guide customers through the sign-up process from start to finish
- Answer questions and provide clear, honest recommendations
- Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology
- Hit personal and team sales goals in a supportive environment
